In total darkness, a small flashlight is dragged along the floor on a string. An ellipse of illumination bumps along the uneven wood surface, following my unseen feet as I move through the standing/sitting audience. The sound of substances, can be heard falling to the ground, alternately soft, hard and wet, but cannot be seen save for the chance passing illumination following my own path of discovery through the darkness. Fine salt crystals shine bright next to a puddle of milky liquid, while feathers land quietly upon a jagged chunk of broken ice.
